We offer bespoke leadership workshops to executives, our most recent being ‘re-engaging your team post a restructure’.

Rosby Wellbeing Workshops

We offer 4 key workshops that can either run as individual workshops or as a series of workshops (in this order but with 1 & 2 combined if you have already had some wellbeing training within the organisation).

Each 90-minute session is intended to be interactive rather than broadcast, enabling participants to really stop and reflect on themselves.

1. EVERYDAY WELLBEING

  2. Energy Scan
    • What are your energy levels and where do you need to focus
    • What tools will you acquire to improve healthy habits?

The participants will leave with their own individual plan improving their wellbeing and building heey habits.

2. MANAGER WELLBEING

Key Themes

  1. Brief overview of the 4 domains of wellbeing
    • Physical
    • Emotional
    • Mental
    • Purpose
  2. Energy Scan
    • How to use this with your team
    • Changing the conversation on wellbeing
  3. Stress and behaviour
    • What are the main causes of stress for you at work?
    • Default behaviour and triggers when stressed
    • Tools to cope with stress and shift your behaviour
  4. Role modelling
    • How to effectively role model desired behaviours
    • Impact of positive role modelling

The participants will leave with their own individual plan developing their own and their team’s wellbeing, what they can do to improve their stress levels at work and how to role model positive behaviours.

Awareness of your own wellbeing, the impact it has wellbeing issues within the on others and role modelling healthy habits for your team.

This also covers how to spot team and how to have these conversations.

3. AGILE MINDSET

    • What is is and how we can quieten our mind to enable focus and change

The participants will leave with their own individual plan to develop a growth mindset, quieten their mind and a clearer sense of focus towards achieving a vision.

4. RESILIENCE: SELF AND TEAM

    • What do you need to be resilient?
    • Uncertainty and change – how to cope
  2. Team resilience

    • Why is it important to have a resilient team?

The team will leave with their own individual plan for how to build their own and their team’s resilience and be more adaptable.
